Very professional. I booked an appointment May 18th (Victoria Day) for the next business day. They called me on the Monday to confirm the appointment. The techs arrived to my residence with in the first hour of the two hour window that was slotted for my repair. The techs were able diagnose the issue and order the part. The techs were able to come back two days later to finish the repair. The techs were thorough, professional and friendly. I would call them again for future repairs.

Unfortunately, ProFixit was unable to repair my Samsung washer. But their business practice, customer service, and professionalism is by far superior to any other contractor we have dealt with before.
