I recently had an issue with my GE dishwasher. The technician had shown up on time on booked appointment and quickly fixed the issue. He thoroughly checked to make sure everything else is normal and my dishwasher is working fine now. No extra money charged other than service call. I would highly recommend Profixit for this type of service.

I was very impressed with Michael the technician! He was upfront about the problem, showed me the faulty pulley, put the new one in and made sure I knew the part was warranted for three months. He also suggested that repairing the washer would cost way too much, and I should look for a new one. Since the washer occasionally leaks, I have time now to find a good deal before buying and he saved me money by being truthful! Very good, honest service!

I’m glad I called them instead of another company. They showed up on time, were courteous and well groomed. They asked me to show them the problem, broken washer in the basement. I went upstairs to let them work. In a few minutes, he came upstairs, said what was wrong and how much it would cost, which was fair. I said ok, then he got the part from his truck and fixed it within 15 minutes. He called me downstairs to demonstrate the repaired washer. Perfect. Everything was calm and professional. I’m glad I called them and you will be too.

We had a very good experience when we needed a repair on our dishwasher. Daniel the technician diagnosed the problem, found the part and came back the next day to install it. He did a great job.
