1. Introduction

Welcome to the Profixit Appliance Repair Membership Program. By enrolling in our membership plans, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions, which outline the services, benefits, and policies associated with your membership. Please read them carefully to understand the scope and limitations of the program.

2. Membership Overview

• Monthly Plan: $30 per month.
• Yearly Plan: $330 per year.

Your membership will renew automatically unless cancelled in accordance with the Cancellation Policy outlined below.

3. Membership Benefits

Membership benefits apply only to enrolled members and the appliances located at the registered address. The benefits include:

1. Unlimited Free Service Calls
   • Members can schedule an unlimited number of service calls for appliance inspections, diagnostics, and repairs without incurring a service call fee.
2. Same-Day Priority Scheduling
   • Members receive priority scheduling for service calls, with a guaranteed same-day appointment. Same-day service does not apply during weekends or holidays. The service call will be during working hours  Monday through Friday- 8 AM – 6 PM
3. Free Labor on All Repairs
   • All repair service calls include free labor costs. This means members do not pay any labor fees associated with the repair.

4. Free repair once a year

   • Every calendar year you will get a free repair -No charge for labor cost and cost for the parts. ( on top of free service call )
5. All Parts Covered Up to $200
   • All parts needed for repair are covered up to $200 per incident. If the cost of parts exceeds $200, members will only pay the difference minus the 15% discount.
6. 40% Off Appliance Replacements
   • If a covered appliance is deemed beyond repair, members are eligible for a 40% discount on selected replacement models through Profixit Appliance Repair. Discount is applicable only to specific models and availability.

4. Membership Coverage and Exclusions

• Covered Appliances: Membership benefits apply only to residential appliances.
• Includes only the following appliances: Refrigerators, Ovens, Stoves, Dishwashers, Washing machines, Dryers and Microwaves:
• Any other appliance category is not covered under this membership

5. Service Call Policy

• Service calls are intended for diagnostic purposes and repairs only.
• Installation, routine maintenance, and cosmetic repairs are considered a repair,
• Service calls are available Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Not including weekends and holidays

6. Appliance Replacement Policy

• The 40% discount on appliance replacements applies only to selected models and brands available through Profixit Appliance Repair.
• Discount is available only if the appliance is deemed non-repairable by a Profixit technician.
• Replacement appliances are subject to availability and delivery times.

7. Membership Renewal & Cancellation

• Memberships renew automatically each month (for monthly plans) or each year (for yearly plans).
• Members may cancel their membership at any time by providing written notice at least 30 days before the renewal date. Notice should be sent to the company’s main email – Office@profixit.ca
• No refunds or prorated amounts will be issued for partial membership terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

Profixit Appliance Repair is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or relating to the use of the membership services. The maximum liability of Profixit Appliance Repair for any claim arising under the membership program is limited to the amount paid by the member in the last 12 months.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Manitoba, Canada. Any dispute or claim arising from these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Manitoba.

10. Modifications to Terms

Profixit Appliance Repair reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any changes via email or through the membership portal.
